Setting the standard for excellence in the local real estate community.
Contact ShaneMy real estate career has been the perfect vehicle for me to provide value to others while continuously improving myself as a caring, competent, and trusted advisor; but, more importantly as a caring, competent, and trusted person, father, husband, friend, and random guy in line at the grocery store. I take much pride in empowering others to believe the same of themselves and helping them to achieve their goals. I love to read. I am an avid consumer of personal development books and content from the calm and assuring voices of Brian Buffini and Ed Mylett all the way to the aggressive military figures of Jocko Willink and David Goggins. "Who's gonna carry the boats?"
I would be honored to serve as a guide for you and your family as you aim towards life goals that involve the stepping stone of buying or selling real estate. I understand that there is typically an underlying reason for a move, and that some of those reasons can be difficult. I take pride in getting to know my clients as friends and understanding their unique needs. I appreciate your time in reading through this not so cliche bio (auto-bio), and I hope it was more entertaining than most. I am a Lynchburg native. I attended Jefferson Forest HS. I played baseball for King University and completed a BS in Biology. I completed a Master's of Public Health at East Tennessee State University. I spent five years in management at the largest Chevrolet dealership in South Carolina. I married my literal soulmate, Liana and we welcomed our first daughter in the Spring of 2023. I have a Border Collie named Cooper and a fluffy, orange cat named Mufasa. I am committed to continuous improvement in all circles of life, and I am forever grateful to have found real estate and the Karl Miller Team!Â
